Roasted Pork Loin...

Tonight... roasted pork loin with Madeira sauce... and couscous with roasted peppers.

both plates look good. I'd never make it there, with all that good food. Whats your schedule like in late Sept.. I'll be in Vegas during "Bike week". If your still there, maybe we can get together and swap stories about your friend Roy. Later...
