Disney's Hollywood Studios...

I rode the Hollywood Tower Hotel ride... man... damn amazing stuff... 3 huge drops and back up.... you sit with 20 other people while inside an elevator shaft... I'll have to check it out again.

The American Idol Experience was pretty neat... same as you see on tv... actual auditions and with judges... just like being in the studio.

Fish and chips today at Raglan Road... located at Disney's Dowtown Market Place... so good.

I guess I'll eventually checkout this Princess Diana exhibit ...

Friday / Animal Kingdom...

I rode the Animal Kingdom's rollercoaster today... pretty damn fast... even goes backwards... I have vertigo... probably should not go on any more trill rides... dizzy.


Another ride... somekind of Dinosaur ride... bumpy and too loud... dizzy again.

The "Tree of Life"... giant man-made tree.

Fun...

Man... I've been working days the past two weeks... so I'm making pancakes and Frenh toast for breakfast and appetizers and sandwhiches for lunch. I have to say... I suck making pancakes... the batter has to be just right... the flat top heated well and seasoned... and hopefully the pancake blotter works... pictures don't lie...

Sunday / Disney's Boardwalk...

Went to Disney's Boardwalk this afternoon... very nice and clean area... not too many people this afternoon. Had lunch at ESPN's Sportzone... it was good enough.

Spicy fries and cheese sauce... and a salmon BLT with a cucumber salad... stuffed!!!

Well... just saw this movie... Bruno = garbage, crap... stupid... pick your word!!!

Wednesday / Epcot...

General Motors sponsors this ride called Test Track... goes zero to 60... checks ABS braking... steering... inclines... gears... and handling... amazing stuff. Then checked out... HP presents "Mission to Space". It is a simulation... launches into space... orbit... landing... it is pretty intense... almost passed out... ha.

Saturday / Epcot Today...

A patriotic 4th today at Epcot... Neat ceramic store... Disney figurines and Italian plates... Snow White... had a couple of tasty baklava desserts at the Morrocan Cafe. Big fireworks tonight... couldn't stay for that... too damn hot... adios!!!

Friday / Disney Studios Today...

Went to Disney Studios today... many shows and events. Had a tasty lunch at an Irish pub too... Newcastle and a beer cheese soup... bread with an olive oil and Guinness reduction. Then went to see Public Enemies... good enough.

I always laugh my ass off when others goof up... here is a skillet spill... fun!!!

Wednesday / Work...

I'm still in Orlando... tonight... had to work in the Pantry Station... salads and desserts. Had to make around 250 salads... and another 150 larger salads... and kiddie salads... ugh!!!
