Friday / Day Off...

Well... just worked 7 straight days... tired and sore... I have today off... then back to work and another 5 days in a row. Over the past few days, it rains/downpours for a few minutes... then sun... there are little ponds of water everywhere... ducks love them... I guess.

Thursday / More Disney's Marketplace...

Had another day off today... went to Disney's Marketplace again... had lunch at the Rainforest Cafe... did some shopping... saw the new Terminator Salvation movie.

Rainforest Cafe... had a spicy pasta dish for lunch... good enough.

Lego store... Sports clothing store... huge toy store...

Tons of ESPN stuff...

Wednesday / Disney Marketplace...

I headed over to Disney's Marketplace... more stores/shops and restaurants... lasted only 30 mins... then thunderstorm... massive rain...

I went to Downtown Disney today... shops, restaurants and clubs/etc.

Friday / Angels & Demons Movie...

I saw Angels & Demons this afternoon... simple words = brilliant... excellent movie!!! The critics are killing this movie... did they see the movie? Public upset... religious facts/etc? Well... definitely worth seeing!!!

Star Trek Movie...

I saw Star Trek last night... I never saw any of the original TV series shows... or anything "Star Trek"... never understood the Trekkie thing... ah... the movie was good enough... wasn't blown away... it was entertaining.

Tuesday / Relaxing Today...

More food from work... I prep/roast chicken... tasty. Kiddie meals... different combos of pasta and chicken and side dishes. Desserts too... probably decorate 400 plates with differents swirls and dots... Disney toppings... then slap down pecan and apple pies... chocolate and cheesecakes on the plate... etc.

The Wilderness Lodge...

The Wilderness Lodge... I've just completed my 4th week. I'm tired and sore... I've been handling the all you can eat BBQ skillets... they sell for $27.99 per person. You get mashed potatoes, baked beans, corn on the cob, chicken, pulled pork, beef brisket and baby-back ribs... you also get salad, cole slaw and corn bread. Tons of work to get this food out... prep/etc. Probably make 400-600 per night... all sizes from one-person to 6-7 person skillets... fun for the 5-hour dinner service... then another hour of fun to clean-up.

Thursday / Back to Epcot...

My lucky day... front row parking at Epcot today... amazing!!!

I went to the British area today... nice pub, Princess Diana, soccer store, The Beatles and fish & chips... tasty...

Saturday / Epcot...

I went to Epcot today... hot!!! I only lasted a couple of hours!!!

I love German food... I had a hot dog and pretzel... just in time... I was starving.
