Wednesday / Sandwich Day...

Tons of sandwiches made today... Monte Cristo, Veggie Panini, BBQ pulled pork, Bhan Bangat. I was assigned Muffeletta (Italian meats and cheeses with an olive/season spread). The best tasting were the Reuben, Gyro and Po Boys (fried oyster and shrimp)... I ate too much... took home many... I'm stuffed...
