My Project... Of Course...

Of course... my Kitchen Management project was the best in class... ah, the chef instructor wants it back too. I guess he'll use it as his "best project example". The project was to design a 5-course menu with recipes and with "costing"... also, needed to design a restaurant with a kitchen layout.
