So, this past Monday, we made infused oils and vinegars. Yesterday we made mayonnaises and other vinaigrettes. Today, we made either American or German potato salad... and an ethnic composed salad... I had to make a Thai Beef salad... tasty. We all had to make a caesar salad too with dressing and cheese chrisps... busy!!!
