One More Week...

Not a lot going on right now... just one week left remaing on my two courses... Kitchen Management and U.S. Politics. So hot down here... every day in June and July was over 100 degrees!!! There is a chef from Thailand here in Vegas this week... having a contest. There are 10 teams of two students... the winning team wins a week long working trip at his restaurant in Thailand... all expenses paid. I guess, the team that cooks pad thai the best will win. Some chef from France was here last week... demonstrating this and that. Fun!!!
