So, baked biscuits and blueberry muffins today. My biscuit was perfect... very flaky inside... I received an "outstanding" for it. My blueberry muffins did not puff up enough but were tasty... they were rated "good". I put butter and jam all over that biscuit and ate nearly half... gave the other half away. Ah... some girl burned her dozen muffins... I gave her mine. I guess she'll eat them up.
