Kitchen Mgmt... or Mis-Mgmt!!! Ha!!!

So... Baking ended last Friday. These next 3 weeks I'll have a Kitchen Management (or Mis-Management for my ex-Fremont people) course and a History class. I've already designed my restaurant/kitchen... I guess they'll be the best ones in class. Well... time to do my homework... need to create a menu then breakdown into recipes... then cost them out.... ugh. Peace!!!
