We finally frosted our chocolate cakes today... tons of butter, sugar and egg whites in the Swiss meringue butter cream frosting... hard to make. The cake was difficult to frost... need warm water, put in refrigerator, etc. It came out ok... someone came into the class and asked for a cake... I said, here you go. The cake probably has 20,000 calories.

You didn't even try your own cake?
Nah... just gave the cake away to a class down the hall. So, one girl came up to me and said thanks today... the cake was very good. She had brought a slice to her mom too... the mom said it was the best chocolate cake she had ever had!!!
damn! I can't believe you missed out on the best chocolate cake ever!!!
