This is a large tilt skillet... If I work the all-you-can-eat skillet station, I have to heat up all the necessary sauces. Basically, fill with water... add the sauces and hopefully it heats them to the proper temperature. Sometimes they burst open... mess city!!!
This is Kristina... from Le Cordon Bleu Dallas... peeling pears to poach... smart girl.
Diana is also from Le Cordon Bleu Dallas... cutting up a chocolate mouse cake... tasty stuff.
On the right is Victoria... really a nice woman... cooks/bakes the best chicken.
