Made babas today... spongy with spiced rum, apricot glaze, whipped cream and a raspberry on top... tasty. Finished off our pastillage (hard powdered sugar)... tons of effort... that is the best centerpiece I could do... then made "poured sugar"... sugar bowls!!!
