Finally back to cooking... baking to be exact. Made a chocolate cream filling and a chocolate french buttercream frosting. We also frosted 3-layer cakes today... finishing them tomorrow. We even made pâte sucrée (sweetened dough)... probably use our cream filling with the pâte sucrée.
