Sausage Day...

We made sausages today... I was assigned Italian sausages... they came out pretty good. Grind the meat... case them and size them... they turned out too "spicy hot"... too much chili flakes!!!

I don't like sausage. They always seem fatty and nasty. Why is that?

I love sausages!!! I don't know... you grind pork meat with it's fat... fat is flavor!!! Greasy is nasty. Those sausages came out very tasty... everyone loved them. I'm going to grind up my own meat from now on... hopefully, not losing any fingers!!!

It is kind of tricky... apply pressure to get thickness and crank it... some people were real pros... later!
