LCB / Nutrition Project...
Well, I'm finally done with my nutrition class... too much information/etc. I had to create this project (concept, menu, recipes, nutritional breakdown, power point and present it) Of course, I got an A... and it was the best my instructor ever saw. She asked to keep it... sure... good luck future students!!! This was the second time... my Kitchen Management chef kept my project too. Live Long Time!!!

Yep... I believe that is my last non-cooking class. On Monday, we start a meat fabrication class... I'm hoping we get to carve up a cow or pig. I know we cut up all the meat for the restaurant and classes... even fish too. Fun!!!
