The Latest Is...

I'm in the middle of the Nutrition for Culinary Professionals class at LCB... tons to learn... too much homework / etc. The weather is a lot nicer in Vegas... just in the 90°'s now. I think we had averaged over 100°'s the past (12) weeks. I guess the new restaurant will now open on Sept 29... delays / etc. I just show as told... tons of kitchen stuff to do. Fun!!!
