Cafe Bleu / First Week...

So, I'm now done with classes at Le Cordon Belu... only six weeks left in the program. I have to work three weeks in the school restaurant/kitchen and serve food for the last three weeks. This past week, I was in charge of the pasta station. I have three plates to complete out... a fettuccine primavera with a pesto sauce, a penne Louisiana with a spicy Cajun cream sauce and penne with a roasted garlic sauce with a roasted chicken breast. All tasty... I'll be on the pasta station again next week... I have to come up with new dishes... thinking, a scampi dish... and a meatball red sauce pasta dish.
