Since Monday, I've been struggling with my vegetable carving skills... made this floral arrangement. I used carrots for flowers and tulips, zucchini for flowers, rose tomatoes, potato flowers, radish daisies and leeks. I'm happy with it... some of my classmates have real talent... amazing stuff. Chef told me very good job but I need to practice a lot more.

I was wondering when you'd finally get around to doing this part. I remember when my friend Tiffany had to do this. Cool stuff.
Yep... I remember!!! Is mine better... let me know!!! Tons of effort to carve vegetables... I must get better... need to always practice... it is kind of fun!!! I will teach anyone for $100 a hour!!!
